These are not endorsed group programs and the AIA Trust has no input into their rates or benefits. Please note that some exclusions apply for either program. In addition, ancillary programs are offered to supplement your healthcare coverage.
The AIA Trust Health Insurance Exchange: Choose between either ACA (ObamaCare) and Non-ACA medical plans.

*The following states do not offer Non ACA plans: Alaska, California, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington. State regulations in Vermont and Massachusetts allow for members in those states only to be directed to their state exchange, no private exchanges are offered.
A service aimed at small firms particularly suited for those with 2 to 50 employees. Employers may investigate and analyze health care plans and expenses including deductibles, out-of-pocket, premiums, prescription drugs, etc. Licensed in 50 states, thousands of insurers participate; however, they do not quote insurance in MN, ND, SD, VT, HI, DC.

The Cancer Care plan helps you with financial stress by paying cash benefits when you are diagnosed with a covered cancer, which you can use to help pay your out-of-pocket medical expenses, mortgage, bills, travel, lodging – or anything you want – the choice is yours. The Cancer Care plan, offered by Aflac – an A.M.Best A+ rated insurer, helps you and your family during a difficult time to focus on what’s important: getting well.
Hospital Advantage Plan
Extra costs can accrue quickly if you find yourself in a sudden health crisis. Even with health insurance coverage, a major illness takes a financial toll. The Hospital Advantage offered by Aflac – an A.M.Best A+ rated insurer, is a supplemental plan that offers you cash benefits to help lighten the financial burden. Three different coverage levels allows you to choose coverage for the following:
- Physician Visits
- Major Diagnostic Exams
- Ambulance Transportation
- No pre-certification or network requirements
- Initial Hospitalization
- Hospital Confinement
In addition, for members 65 or older, Group Medicare Supplement plans give you solid protection against today’s high medical bills while protecting your freedom to choose your doctor at the same time.
