Risks of Residential Design Continue to Rise. According to our
statistics from 2000 - 2005, all forms of habitability projects
represented just over 16 percent of the income reported by

AIAS/AIA Trust Scholarship Program for Emerging Professionals
The goal of this newly established scholarship program is to assist
students with their education by helping to minimize their financial
obligations. It is primarily intended to assist
financially-challenged students with tuition and/or other direct
educational expenses. Up to five scholarships of $750 each will be
awarded annually to qualified individuals in their fifth year of an
undergraduate professional degree or their first year of a graduate
