There are options depending on the size and nature of the Project. One choice would be to start with AIA B101-2007 or B104-2007 and modify them to delete services that precede the Construction Phase. These are the “normal” Owner-Architect Agreements for larger and smaller projects, respectively. Another choice would be to use AIA B102-2007 in combination with AIA B209-2007. The B102 has no pre-defined scope of services and the B209 is the scope for Construction Contract Administration services only.
