The 2021 AIA Trust Component Grants Program was just announced. Sponsored by Victor & CNA, providers of the AIA Trust Professional Liability, Business Owners, and Cyber Liability Insurance Programs, the grants program is now in its 22nd year, having awarded more than $330,000 directly to AIA Components for their innovative programs to date.
The AIA Trust Component Grants Program funds projects that are new initiatives or significantly improved programs and that help to foster leadership, advance management education, and increase the effectiveness of professional practice. AIA Components may apply for grants up to $3,000 each.
Last year’s grant winners were AIA Atlanta, Boston Society/AIA , AIA Central New York, AIA Cleveland, and AIA Illinois, and their programs addressed issues surrounding the pandemic in some form including virtual learning, promoting safety, non-traditional practice, and disaster management.
Completed applications are due to the AIA Trust by no later than COB Monday, April 5, 2021. Consideration of a proposal requires that a link to the AIA Trust web site be maintained on an ongoing basis on the component web site.
