Simply Insured Firm Coverage
A service aimed at small firms of 2 to 50 employees. Employers may investigate and analyze health care plans and expenses including deductibles, out-of-pocket, premiums, prescription drugs, etc. Licensed in 50 states, thousands of insurers participate; however, they do not quote insurance in MN, ND, SD, VT, HI, DC.

Hospital Advantage Plan

The Hospital Advantage offered by Aflac – an A.M.Best A+ rated insurer, is a supplemental plan that offers you cash benefits to help lighten the financial burden. Three different coverage levels allows you to choose coverage for the following:
- Physician Visits
- Major Diagnostic Exams
- Ambulance Transportation
- No pre-certification or network requirements
- Initial Hospitalization
- Hospital Confinement
